Every Poesia panettone is made by hand by the pastry chef, Giovanni Liguoro, bringing together his passion for pastry and a family baking tradition rooted in Naples, where his father has been baking for over 25 years.
We start with pasta madre, our living mother dough, and let it ferment slowly through carefully controlled temperature changes, giving the flavor time to truly develop. Tahitian vanilla, candied orange from Sicily, a whisper of lemon zest, and days of patience go into every loaf.
The result is a panettone that can’t be rushed…made with time, care, and a little piece of Naples in every bite.
